Sending professional e-mails is also very important because an employee never knows where the e-mail will go after the recipient receives it. Part of also utilizing e-mail is having all employees respond to e-mails within 24 hours, just like a phone call. If anyone other than the employee needs access to the e-mail, they also need to be aware that this is not considered abnormal, but the company can get access to the e-mail any time they need to. By making constant improvements on technology, a company becomes an effective and long-standing business.
